Restaurant VUN is a pleasant venue where diners enjoy an interesting and sophisticated gastronomic experience in refined and elegant surroundings. Our restaurant is located in the centre of Milan, overlooking Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, and a few steps from Alla Scala Opera House, Via Montenapoleone and Via della Spiga.
The Restaurant VUN is filled with warm colours and precious materials, creating a calm ambience.
The philosophy of Chef Andrea Aprea surprises and excites everyone who tastes his food. Technique and innovation are its strengths, combined with respect for traditional Italian cooking and simplicity.
The general concept for the dining menu at Restaurant VUN is the relationship between tradition and innovation, and dishes are developed to best express this balance.
The choice of ingredients is essential. Chef Aprea uses local meat and oily fish, both of which are prepared with all sorts of vegetables, Italian and exotic, such as roots and tubers. We also use certified organic products that are chosen with meticulous care.
The restaurant’s suppliers are mostly Italian and all are subject to rigorous selection procedures.
The wine list at the Restaurant VUN can be enjoyed by connoisseurs for its variety; alongside the prestigious names of well-known producers are wines from small-time producers that are widely recognised at a local level for the excellence of their products. If you order a bottle of wine but do not finish it, our staff will be glad to re-cork it so that you can take it home with you.

La Cupola
La Cupola Lobby Lounge, the stylish rendezvous located in the heart of the luxury Park Hyatt Milan hotel in the centre of Milan, is a cosy and refined place where the atmosphere sets the mood for leisurely relaxation.
As soon as you enter the hotel, you are immediately swept into a stylish restaurant and lounge under a nine-metre glass dome, from which you can see the sky.
The fascinating masterpiece, “The Medusa’s Head”, by Lucio Fontana dominates with its presence, reflecting countless colours in a continuously changing rhythm of light and shadow.
There are also two masterpieces by Pin Morales that, according to his philosophy, showcases the spirits that live through fads.
Thanks to its location in the centre of Milan, just two minutes’ walk from the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, La Cupola is a lounge where patrons can enjoy a relaxing breakfast, a casual lunch, an afternoon tea with homemade pastries, a glass of champagne with tasty tapas or for a pre- or post-light meal for guests heading to or from La Scala Opera House, which is only five minutes’ walk from the hotel.
For your dining convenience, throughout the day and late into the night, La Cupola’s All Day Menu is available which offers a selection of sandwiches, including our famous Club Sandwich, salads and starters, hot dishes of pasta or risotto of the day, fish or meat main courses and desserts.
A rich selection of healthy and light smoothies is also at your disposal to nourish and keep yourself in good shape.
The All Day menu also includes vegetarian dishes and some dishes that can be shared by two people.
